Garments purchased online or by custom order are individually made as per specifications for the wearer. As such we cannot offer returns, exchanges or refunds on purchases. If you are unsure of your size, we encourage customers to make use of our SAMPLE order service so you can try on a sample size dress before placing your order.

A garment may be returned if there is a production defect, and it is clear that the fault is not due to wear and tear or mistreatment. In such cases the garment will be sent to production for repair and returned to the customer as priority at no extra cost. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the garment for repair, however, no refund or exchange will be granted.

Alterations to existing garments, or after an order has been processed, will incur an additional cost of $50. Alternatively the customer should have alterations made by a recommended tailor at their own expense. Alterations are NOT free of charge if the customer failed to provide the correct information at the time of placing their order.

Care Instructions for your Karen Gee garment Please ensure that you read the care and wash instructions inside your garment carefully to ensure its longevity. We will not take responsibility for colours running or damage to the garment where the care instructions were not adhered to by the customer. Karen Gee garments should be dry-cleaned only unless specified otherwise. Karen Gee garments use the highest grade invisible zips to ensure the flawlessness of the garment. Please treat as a normal zip, do not force or handle roughly. The garment should be firm, not tight. All shoulder pads are removable for your convenience. Multi-colour panelled garments should be dry-cleaned only. Leather is to be gently sponged on the outside.
